Welcome members and guests, help answer questions, and direct individuals to various locations in the church.
Welcome members and guests as they arrive, and keep the parking lot organized by directing traffic.
Communicate upcoming events, giving opportunities, and more from the pulpit.
Manage the livestream experience by manning cameras, displaying graphics, and/or overseeing production.
Manage ProPresenter by preparing slides for Sunday services, displaying graphics and slides, and offering technology support for the praise and worship experience.
Welcome and check-in volunteers and children attending children's church.
Conduct temperature checks, keep track of names of people entering sanctuary, number of children; track number of seats available; coordinate with parking lot and usher team; greet people at the end of service upon their departure (need to be able to multi-task, good organizational/administrative skills, good interpersonal communication skills).
Help train, develop and assimilate new volunteers in using their spiritual giftings to serve God and people.
Use your vocal and musical skills to lead the church in praise and worship.
Assist Pastors, family members, and other pre-authorized individuals with entry from the administrative wing to sanctuary; manage lighting before, during, after service.
This team consists of the Prayer Team, the First Time Guest Team and the Fresh Start Team. These teams serve these three people groups and guide them in their next steps.
Manage the YouTube channel during Sunday services by welcoming online guests and participating in the online viewing community. Provide links to resources such as digital giving and prayer request forms.
Care for children during Sunday services by reading books, using curriculum to tell Bible stories that aid in developing children who have a heart for Jesus.
Plan for and manage baptisms. Provide assistance to those getting baptized.
This team extends care towards SPC families who are going through hard seasons and may need extra support and/or encouragement.
Serve as a host/facilitator to a small group of individuals while meeting to grow & mature in their relationship with God, others and community around a specific subject matter.
Assist in planning for married, engaged or dating couples to gather to strengthen their relationship with God and each other.
This team helps plan and execute upcoming events.
This team finds ministry opportunities in the community and organizes volunteers to serve in needed areas.
StrongPoint Church believes in the sanctity of life, and we’re grateful for organizations like the Women’s Clinic of Columbus who supports young women who find themselves with an unplanned pregnancy. Because of our partnership, these women can get emotional, spiritual, and even financial support to choose life.
